Rescue tools are heavy and carried by hand. Research shows that almost 60% of the rescuer’s injuries are caused by manual handling of the rescue tools during rescue operations.
Used under time and pressure and in extreme situations the tool’s design is an important feature that supports your performance. Ergonomic Weight Optimization (EWO) provides low operational weight, easy handling and safer operation of your rescue tool.
Keep your tool in any position that you want with the 360° handle. Simply turn it around. Another advantage is that 360° handle allows a 2-man operation when necessary.
Low operational weight
EWO enables optimum alignment of the tool. Whatever the position your tool is always in balance resulting in a low operational weight minimizing the risk of injuries.
Control handle + hose position
With four grip points the handle can be operated by thumb or twist-and-turn operation. The hydraulic hose connector is positioned underneath the rescue tool.
Due to the position of the connector underneath the tool, the tool’s length is kept to an absolute minimum. The tool’s length ends at the end at the control handle.
